Lush POS
I had an amazing opportunity to join a sprint team and partner with Lush to create a conceptual POS design to enhance their in-store customer experience.
The experience we designed completely removes the traditional cash desk and replaces it with roaming tablets which employees would use to cash customers out on the sales floor which allows employees to create a more personalized experience for Lush customers.
Lush puts a big emphasis on connecting with their customers in-store, however, we understand that there are introverted customers who would prefer to not interact with anyone during their shopping experience. For this reason, we also created a mobile version which allows customers to create their cart and pay using their mobile phone.
This entire experience would allow Lush to implement a display-only sales floor, which would keep the sales floor minimal and allow more space for interactions. Along with the display only sales floor, a pick up window could be implemented where employees working in the back would put together orders for both employee initiated sales and mobile sales.
